Bathroom Colour Scheme Dark Wood Vanity

workshop in the city of General Villegas

The workshop was held on 11 and 12 November at ADERID day. The call was heterogeneous: they came teachers of special schools and mainstream schools in urban and rural-level teachers, members of the Social Action area of \u200b\u200bthe Municipality, sheltered workshops and ADERID.
were two intense days of work. From the first morning there were two problem areas in relation to disability issues of concern those present. Throughout the workshop these issues were put on the table to discuss and identify its nuances with the resources available to do something with them. On the one hand, educational integration: the different social actors and institutions that fail to carry out jointly build the direction to follow for each integration. This generates more than integration, as one participant said, disintegration. Moreover, difficulties relating to the formation of the advisory council on disability policy. Integrations

Regarding the first topic discussed disconnection, miscommunication, not speaking the same language ... Thinking begin framing this issue: was mentioned as an important aspect of acceptance or denial of the parents of disabled children, along with fear and helplessness. The discussion led us to believe there was a problem in order to convey to parents the decisions and guidance will continue the integration, in order to make parents understand what the school tells them. But the problem is not only fail to be understood but that means school is not so clear to the school itself. For a variety of issues not working a meeting and joint construction between the educational institutions themselves. Integration teaching in many cases will disintegrate. Is named as an unwanted effect of "teaching disintegration" that it ends up producing an over-adjustment of the child to the operation of the various institutions that attends.
problematic within the school to carry out the integration identified two priority areas. On the one hand the lack of time: it was noted that inclusive teachers have no time to carry out the integration with the dedication you deserve. There are few objections, a large waiting list and many students in integration. On the other hand, there is a lack of teacher training. Training orders and charge to alleviate these two problems are not heard through the inspection. Also, there is space for teachers training, or supervision or containment (no one will say anything if you work poorly). There
a teacher talking about burn-out. One is exhausted, burned remains unable to produce changes in the institutional inertia. Appeared, by way of emphasis, which was written and drawn on the maps the first morning of the workshop: the bureaucracy and an "all talking at once."
was then proposed to think about strategies: It is worth transcribing.
A first idea was to create an alliance with the CEAM (Centro Municipal Open Education) for training. They also discussed the implementation of workspaces (to address diversity) with students of all levels and give workshops for parents and adults in general. This resulted in the proposal to organize a task force that:
• Advise the actors involved in integration. • Implement dynamic
working in schools.
• Advise and inform businesses about the rights and obligations.
• Advise and inform people. • Build projects
internships. Advisory Council

The other sticking point revolved around working the conformation of the advisory board. The board should be a workplace in which different institutions and social actors involved in something that is common to all. In fact, over the two-day workshop, appeared several general requirements in relation to disability issues that should be addressed by the future council.
said there were previous attempts. They had great difficulty in carrying out specific projects. Ended questions are processed individual and specific needs of different people with disabilities in the municipality, according to the urgency, "plugging potholes as a firefighter." But in regard to carrying out the function of advising on policies that are common to the topic of disability, could not function operationally. The discussion
said the problem is that such a space is made subject to the comings and goings of municipal and provincial duty, can not function as a real public space of work. How then call? How to ensure autonomy and they really do hear Time management policies must be implemented in relation to disability issues? He was

some workshop participants a taste bitter, always the same, exhaustion. This should be noted, was very present in those who work for years and are involved in the field, to the inertia of the public sector to produce real changes that alter the unfavorable situations for people with disabilities. Other participants was the enthusiasm and commitment to shape those workspaces when they thought they discussed strategies to address the problems discussed.
In one of the first activities of the spaces of governance and bureaucracy were called directly. If this is so, if the public works as a bureaucracy that is not working. The public then it would be the institutions to which management responds in power, but it is in public / common areas of exchange and collective construction.
Likewise: if politics is twists and turns of the management shift, then politics must be done. Politics lies in collective bargaining space in which collectively build and utilize available resources to do something with the discomfort. That's the bet that's what I want to convey. The policy has to be done, and it is doing. But by no means went to say that anything is possible. No, not everything. Maybe you can not achieve a radical transformation of situations of injustice and exclusion that exist in that community. Tell them that would have been meaningless. Yes we wanted to convey the excitement of that while not everything is possible, by joining forces and putting into operation available resources as we can see that everything is susceptible to transformation.

I find the integration and inclusion

From Trenque Lauquen participatory workshop, the idea of \u200b\u200bholding meetings to keep working the issues there had been discussion.
We have heard the first of these polls.
share one of these mails.

"Regarding Monday's meeting: It was very good! Aliwen The guys worked a lot ... They were very anxious, fearful of having little notice. But the Audel workshop participants were 14 (almost 50%! !), excluding parents were also. also added the director of the school work ...
was a pleasant meeting, cordial, in which some may have been "compromise", but most were "to compromise" ... that to me is not the same ...
Carlos, the coordinator of Aliwen, and a psychologist, had prepared an initial activity ... and then divided into heterogeneous groups to mate and cookies, they gave us the slogan to draw a picture on a poster with the positive actions that can bring the family and that can bring towards school integration. There

hitch, respect, self ... came out good!

The commitment is to meet the 2 nd Monday of each month. I'll keep you aware if this is the continuity that we want. I hope so!!

I tell you one thing that came out in the meeting of Then ... out that teachers do not have much time, that integrations are deprived of much, it costs them to move with the whole group is usually large, more integrated child, etc.
Then came the idea of \u200b\u200bdoing an internship proposal, with female students at the career of special educators who are here in Trenque. Today I was talking to the professional practices of the race, it seemed copada the idea of \u200b\u200bassembling a project to submit to inspection, pa q authorizing the girls do their final year assistantship work of teachers who have integrated students together with the master integrator, which they say are overwhelmed xq have many cases and very heterogeneous.
Another concrete proposal that emerged from that meeting was to make a formal request to the authorities to the unfolding and specification of the esc. esp. district. "

.

makes us very happy to see the work they are doing, this strong commitment to continuity. We send a big ...

Chipped Leg Bone Treatment

Chronicle workshop in the city of Trenque Lauquen

The participatory workshop was held in the Chamber of Notaries of the City of Trenque Lauquen. It included people from different institutions related to disability issues and education.
From the first moment is proposed group dynamics, emphasizing our commitment to build an inter-many. The intention was that the working groups were heterogeneous for the discussion is enriched with multiple points of view. In these discussions began to appear on a recurring basis a sustained tension between school and family.
This tension is constantly insist: First appeared in the stories and individual needs, complaints and mutual criticism. There appeared to be problematic the lack of preparation of teachers, negation and overprotection in families rigid structures, prejudice, anxiety, fear, guilt ...
From a dynamic set out to identify the roots of the problems of school, on the one hand, and the family, on the other hand, in creating a learning environment integrate people with disabilities. There was very interesting how the obstacles that appeared on the side of the family also could be placed on the side of the school.

"Ah! But those fears, misinformation and overprotection in the family also put in school - said one participant.
is the same, there could put both the school like family. "

rigid positions of both parties became apparent and began to make room for the meeting ....

"But if you are uncomfortable with the topic, whether at school are also uncomfortable with the topic, then we have to think about what we " said a teacher. "

Discussion devenía dialogue. Together we began to set up a space for reflection on the discomfort that was invited and shared a collective engine. We addressed this tension between school and family and we think how it had become necessary to create a new space where conditions for horizontal dialogue between parents and teachers are given, to "renew the contracts between the various social actors" that shape the educational.
In such areas, we believe, lies the collective power. Stop waiting that external solutions and puts them to work their own resources.

In the last recess of the workshop one of the participants came up and told a co-ordinator:
"But now you are going, what we do with this?"
That same question we returned to the workshop participants. "You are going to do with this?"

"What we do with all these words that we speak: integration, commitment, continuity, dialogue ... - said one participant.
We must get together and keep working. "

The proposal was heard and the group arranged a meeting in the coming days to continue working on the issue. We believe that this is a process that progresses as it gets deeper. New obstacles appear for which there to sustain the commitment, time and again, to continue to create conditions for dialogue.
Thus ended the workshop by closure was opened. Opening to reflect together, to support each other in our work, strengthening our efforts to maintain the continuity and commitment in the search for solutions possible to achieve a more integrated society.

One does not stop ever wonder the collective power that contains the match, the intertwining of different voices at the time to think and confront that bothers us. It was very nice to have shared with you these two days. We left all the lines of communication open to continue working together.

Crónica del taller participativo en la ciudad de Tandil

Meeting. So he called one of the participants.
Meeting.
We liked that name.

The meeting was held on 24 and 25 June 2008 at the headquarters of the Rector of the University of Central Province of Buenos Aires. The proposal was to call people involved in the problems of social integration of persons with disabilities. The call was heterogeneous: we got people involved in various social organizations, foundations and special schools. People came deliberative council, board disability policy consultant and the ministry of labor in the province. They approached people with and without disabilities. Convocábamos
formally to a group of people with a stroke of work in relation to this problem, but not to give training. The proposal, however, was to create a space where people who are involved in this issue we discuss and reflect collectively. Of course, the participants' questions were heard: "What we can provide exactly?"

the first day, after introducing ourselves, working groups were armed. This was a constant during the two days: from slogans dynamic and sought participants to exchange opinions and views.
was proposed to put together maps that represent the areas of social interaction most relevant to your city. The work led participants to reflect on whether these spaces were shared and open to people with disabilities. On the maps began to appear different criteria, there began to appear problems, needs, barriers to integration. With this dynamic in the groups were looking to be discussed on the obstacles they face every day people with disabilities.
Lunch was in the dark.

El segundo día, a partir de preguntas sobre some aspects of the maps could be generated a very interesting discussion. It was discussed on the advisory board, its functions and composition. Also on the sustained tension between public and social organizations. Came the anger, disappointment, the complaint, and when this feeling engulfed us all, right there out of force of thinking that is in our hands a difference. "Thanks," said one participant in a range, "we we had this discussion." We
together on problems and possible solutions to them. There came the creativity and vitality in the service of finding solutions to difficulties que día a día enfrentamos.

"... life is leaving us waiting."

generate resources for legitimate projects are developed in community, that is, doing the ordinary. Usually, when everything tends to break ties, we have to do with us. And when we see that the meeting is at times possible, it is possible to debate and think collectively, opening a crack through which we can see better alternatives.
We returned from this meeting with renewed energy, with new life, new ideas.
Many thanks!

3 works in MAVI

Hi friend @ s:
If there is something I learned on this vacation, is that life takes care of teaching you that everything is unpredictable, what you thought was no longer be more ... Change the beaches, weather, structures, relationships, concerns, motivations ... the famous song of change, everything changes ...
is useless to cling to something static and immutable, does not exist.
On the other hand, who better to break the monotony ... look, look different, learn something Again, be open ... able to adapt to changes.

I post here three works recently acquired by the MAVI, Visual Arts Museum, Plaza del Mulato Gil de Castro, Santiago.
