Part of me day by day goes by promoting, advising, guiding and systematizing effort towards innovation in various manufacturing and service companies. In these notes the tremendous effort involved in improving and optimizing production processes, manufacturing, managerial, technological, organizational and human capital formation in the middle of a country that although ironically has a Law of Science, Technology and Innovation , the overnight the existing legal framework has become significantly hostile to anyone who has embarked on a productive activity, increased in size and operations, to the extent of diversification and related activities to meet its main grapnel to be, resulting in the label of oligarchic, bourgeois and capitalist.
Insolent unknown qualifying effort of moving from a small-scale production to a strong and successful company in this country, where it just the fact of undertaking and cover all registration procedures and means to successfully weather permits a heavy burden of bureaucracy, not all successfully overcome. Not in vain Venezuela is located in the global ranking of ease of doing business in the post 172 out of 178 countries.
If work is daunting and we add the one hand, the many risks involved in generating productive employment opportunities, with the legal framework high taxation and the fragile state of law, and the other is no easy task to gain access to scarce commodities and currencies that enable the transformation of "commodity" products or goods with higher added value 'national'.
All within the framework of technological learning processes, knowledge management, strategic planning, quality assurance, among others, find that entrepreneurs, businessmen should not only be recognized and rewarded in this country, a feat that involves only the maintenance and operational cost structure solvent of a productive organization, but still made to innovate in order to try to achieve a competitive advantage despite the obsolescence of technology, unfair competition from smuggled imports, the absence of economic incentives and the practice of expropriation and invasions, among others.

understand that a country progresses only to the extent that has a manufacturing and service equipment sound, competitive, innovative, responsible with the environment and workers, is a pending task for Venezuela.
Stimulating productive entrepreneurship, where small ideas can generate small businesses and they grow and evolve innovative medium and large private, joining "cluster" or existing productive chains or to conform is the main way to achieve the much coveted status of development of this country. ;
This demands a vision of this goal-oriented country, where public policy on training from basic education to university encourages entrepreneurship, in line with public policies on industrial, scientific, innovation and technology and a balanced policy micro and macro no longer exist.
